Sip & Say Hello
Once I receive your inquiry, I'll send over a link to schedule if I think we'd be a good fit. Then we'll have a virtual coffee chat to see if the vibes and timing are right. If they are you'll get a customized invitation + proposal within 24 hours.
Sign, Celebrate, Onboard
Once you accept your proposal, pay your deposit and sign the contract, we're officially booked! You'll receive your onboarding materials and welcome kit within 1 business day, and you can begin filling out your questionnaires.
Design & Feedback
Once you've completed your onboarding, we'll kick off the project on your start date with a quick call to review everything before I begin the design process. All our communication will be done in Slack and a design review software called Workflow.
Refine, Launch & Support
After revisions, I do a full once-over to polish everything. We set a launch date, schedule your launch graphics and do a virtual cheers! I’ll remain available via Slack for one full week of post-launch support and bug fixes.
